Raphael de la Fontaine obtained his Master’s of Architecture from Yale University, where he was awarded the Alpha Rho Chi Medal, and his Bachelors of Architecture from Pratt Institute. De la Fontaine pioneers most of the creative parts of the projects and the office. His design approach is informed by his close work with world renowned architects including Santiago Calatrava, Frank Gehry, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, Peter Eisenman Architects and Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects. Before founding De la Fontaine Architecture & D-BLK Architects, Raphael’s broad range of experience includes masterplans, metropolitan mixed use developments, residential developments, shopping malls, and offices, super-tall towers, hospitality, museums and airports in Europe, North America, the Middle East and South East Asia
