Located in one of the most prime stretches of Tel Aviv’s coastline, this project redefines the intersection of urban living and beachfront luxury.
The vision is merging the vertical hotel and horizontal “village” residences, dissolving the boundaries between the city and the sea. The hotel tower acts as the central spine, while the villa units cascade towards the shoreline, dissolving the urban landscape into the calm beachfront.
Rather than forming a separation, the project serves as a bridge, inviting the city to move through, with open spaces, terraces, and pathways leading directly to the sea.
What distinguishes this project is its ability to integrate the beach into the city and bring the city’s energy down to the waterfront.
Modern glass façades reflect the changing hues of the Mediterranean, while the terraced villas incorporate greenery and open-air spaces, establishing a seamless interaction between nature and architecture.
